Abstract Guidelines
Submission
Abstract Submission: Deadline 6th March 2026
- Three types of presentations can be chosen: Lecture (Young Researchers Symposium, 15 min), Contributed (Girona Seminar, 15 min) or Flash (Girona Seminar, 5 min)
- Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed.
- One abstract per registered author is allowed.
- The abstract must not exceed 1 page and should follow the instructions on the following template.

PhD students: if your Contributed / Flash communication is not accepted for the Girona Seminar, your abstract has the possibility to be considered for a Lecture presentation at the Young Researchers Symposium.
At the end of the abstract submission process, you will be able to select whether or not you wish to opt-in.
Note: Only accepted abstracts whose presenter registration is paid by until 26th March 2026 will be included in the final Conference Programme.
