ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral Presentations Young Researchers Symposium
Oral presentations are 15 minutes long (12 min + 3 min discussion)
Oral Presentations Girona Seminar
Oral presentations are 20 minutes long (15 min + 5 min discussion)
Please be aware that we are on a tight schedule and cannot afford to go overtime.
Also please make sure to bring along your talk on a USB stick.
Projection equipment will be available.
IMPORTANT: the size of the screen is 4:3 ratio. Prepare your presentations accordingly.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be displayed in a single session on June 1, during which presenters will be available to discuss their work informally and answer questions.
We will have materials to attach the poster to a panel.
- Maximum dimensions of Posters: 120 cm height, 85 cm width (DIN A0)
- Orientation: Vertical
Please remember that, to include your oral/poster presentation in the program, the main author of the presentation must be fully registered.
